Congratulations to our newest Offroad Rescue Unit marshal, Gerald (aka Gerry).
All the best mate! Have an amazing time! You truly deserve it ๐
And I would like to use this opportunity to congratulate our other two marshals too, Tushar and Satwinder, on officially becoming lead marshals. Leading is nothing new for both of them, you have seen them lead, you have followed them, and they have even jumped just so that you can see that it’s a tricky area and take extra care. :p
Congratulations Tushar, Satwinder and Gerry! ๐

July 20, 2012 at 4:06 pm #17831The second image is an actual image…of an actual sport Parakarting…
I had a fellow offroader David Lee…who actually did not find Offroading adventurous enough and migrated to Parakarting…he can still be occasionally found flying over the white Dunes in Lisailli/ Al Faqaa!!!July 20, 2012 at 4:15 pm #17834Funny!! ๐
Now gotta ask Ali to help me get the patrol to the garage and I want Wings and a sail Mod!!!!! ๐ ๐ ๐

so is this game over? or is there a boss level left?
There is always a next level, even for the most experienced people. One has to always keep learning. And Ali, Thanseer are still your bosses :p Or let’s just say higher ranked individuals from whom everyone should learn, because they themselves never stop learning! ๐
July 21, 2012 at 7:39 am #17847This is a very challenging sport physically, incidentally.
First of all one is totally exposed to the elements and very fast reflexes and an exceptional fitness level too is required…
The aforementioned David Lee is about 55-60 years old, 6’4″…probably 120kgs.and believe me…4-5 fit men cannot even touch David Lee!!!
I had myself experimented with a Honda CR250 Motorbike in the sand, some five years back…and just a drive of 5-10 kms. would leave me shaking in the legs and arms…and bathed in sweat under all those protective pads…
I reverted back to my Land Cruiser…quite fast!!!
Hendrick Cosman, one of our members has taken up offroad biking…and the change in his physical fitness is very visible for anyone to see… -
