Remember guys with great power comes great responsibility… I dont know many of new members here (since I was out of the country for almost a year), but I know how it is when you are a MARSHAL. You are not only responsible for yourself but also many others who trust your skills to take them in no mans land and bring them back.

Equip yourself with as much knowledge as possible and keep learning. There are lots of people out there who will try to tell you what to do. Listen to them carefully but only do what you can do, not what you are told to do. I have seen a few rollovers and mishaps due to sheer negligence and over confidence and trying to do things they weren’t capable of.

I am not an expert myself, but am always learning- every drive is a new lesson. All I said was through whatever little experience I have.

Thanks for your wishes and your valuable advice to all senior offroaders, its always been a learning during every drive we have done till date and are still in learning process and its a never ending skill & knowledge to gain everytime u drive. Its always a team work where u gain success and impart the gained knowledge to other fellow members.
I hope we will do the same as taught & learnt from our seniors and follow the trend BE SAFE DRIVE SAFE , ALL IN & ALL OUT , NO ONE LEFT OUT.

Congratulations to Rob, Ashok, Ganesh and Amjed for this much deserving recognition…!!!

I have always known you all were cream–and cream rises to the top. You peoples have done a great job and deserve the promotion.

I think it is about time that DO recognized the kind of dedication and energy you all have given for the last few years. Your skill and workmanship made you the obvious choice for Rescue Unit.
