You might have come across a problem of DO private messages (PM) remaining in outbox for a very long time X(
The webmaster, did enough testing and confirmed that the DO PM system is perfect and no abnormalities were found :-BD.
Normally, the website takes few minutes to deliver the PM to the recipient(s) and till then it will be waiting at sender’s outbox. If the PM remains in outbox for a very long duration, the possible reason could be due to recipient(s) full inbox which cannot accommodate any more new messages. Once the recipient creates inbox space by deleting few messages, the pending PM gets delivered automatically.
Therefore members shall frequently check the space availability of PM – mail boxes to continue receiving PMs. Otherwise you may not receive very important communications in time and DO shall not be held responsible for the same %-(
Private Message QRG:-
1) Mailboxes (Inbox, Outbox, Sent Messages) capacity is displayed, by % and count, under “view message” bar.
2) Never allow the mailboxes to exceed 90% of its limit.
3) If Inbox is full – no more new messages will be received.
4) If Outbox or Sent Messages is full – no new messages can be send.Deleting Private Messages:-
1) Select the box against the PMs to be deleted (can also use the option of “mark all” at the page bottom to delete all messages at one go)
2) Scroll down and select “Delete Marked”
3) Click go
Apply the same steps for clearing “Outbox” & “Send Messages”.DO website is alive, so do not get angry at her X( she will take revenge B-(
Love her, she will love you in return 😡 😡 😡Despite all the above measures, still if you face problem with private messages, catch hold of the webmaster and you have full rights and authority to be angry at him 😀 :-BD
