Guys,
With our Chief marshall’s permission, i am posting this drive..
My family demanded for drive over Devil’s fall and planning to take them Sunday afternoon around 4pm and end before sunset.. Anybody interested to join are welcome. Pls be reminded that i am not an official marshall and hence have all necessary gears.
Max. will be 6 cars allowed…

Thanks for your message. I am not a Lead marshall first. Secondly my friend requested for a drive and when in check with Chief for support, it was his instructions to post the drive and take few personnel for supporting me..
It will be good and confident if a well experienced person like you are with us.

Trip Report is as follows …
Meeting point – Emarat Petrol Pump at Maliha Road..4pm
Areas covered – Fossil Rock – Devil’s Fall – Camel Rock – Al Faya – Exit at Road Behind Pink RockFirstly I would like to thank :thanks: Saed Bhai (Aemi 98), Firoz and wise monkey (Ben) for joining this personal Drive. As planned all arrived at the meeting point and proceeded towards the Deflation Point at Khatam…As we are having Ben for the first time with us, we had a small briefing session among ourselves then the drive started at 4.40pm with myself as the lead, Firoz 2nd Car, Bed 3rd Car and Saed bhai as the sweep….
Initially as per the suggestion of Saed Bhai the drive was New Bee+ and we reached the Fossil Rock and the Devil’s Fall in 15 mins and then cleared the fall safely…. After clearing the fall there was request from Ben to play around for few minutes but it was avoided by me having the opinion of Saed Bhai as it is unsafe due to soft sand and no Official marshall was available with us. Sorry Ben for ignoring your request. Then upon Firoz request had to stop there for few minutes to search for walkie talkie which was lost on last Friday (15th) afternoon Drive. To our surprise Firoz’s wife spotted the Walkie Talkie and picked it up. It was like Dream come true for Firoz and a pleasant surprise for everybody with no words to explain the joy at that moment :o) :o) :o) . When checked the walkie talkie was perfectly working.
Upon achieving one mile stone with double success of spotting walkie talkie, Saed Bhai informed to take little advance route to Camel Rock as the convoy was doing good. Then headed to Camel rock by making it little adventurous by cutting crest, ridge crossing and few drops with sudden climb…At one point due to wrong braking Firoz was stuck which in no time Saed Bhai rescued and the convoy moved on with the same pace. Upon reaching camel rock, stopped there for few minutes for relaxation and taking Photos. In the meantime Ben was intered to play around for few minutes and we could see him floating across the sand with with his beautiful uplifted FJ Cruiser.
Upon taking few photos the convoy headed towards the Al Faya area… At Faya we took a safe track to climb till the top of the dune with few turns in between to regain the momentum and it was fantastic to see all the cars reaching top of dune with no risk and less effort. Well done guys.. excellent driving!!!! :drive: :drive: :drive: We reached atop by 6.30pm and stopped there for few minutes to take pictures which probably Firoz and Saed bhai should be uploading in next couple of hours.
Then again upon mutual discussion and agreement to exit at Tawi Nazwa, we came down Faya and headed towards pink rock via Dunes. As we were proceeding towards pink rock, it was decided among ourselves in the mid of the way that sunset is in short and probably will lose the day light as we were 11Km to Tawi Nazwa from the point where we stopped. Hence the initial plan of Tawi Nawza was aborted and we exited at the road behind Pink Rock at 7.00pm after driving for few minutes.
Here Saed Bhai, Firoz, Ben inflated with the help of their compressors and myself proceed to Tawi Nazwa via road. Got Inflated and headed back home.
I believe there was no risky attempts all through the drive (Guys correct me if I am wrong) and presume had enough fun. I was very happy and satisfied with the drive, on seeing happy faces at the end of the drive. Thanks you guys for the great company and excellent drive. Look forward for many drives in future..

As mentioned to you earlier am sorry that i missed this superb drive due to personal commitment.
Right from begining your capabilities and enthusiasm were unqueestionable and now you have proven the Marshal material in you.
Firoz must be a happy man to get his radio from the desert !!! #:-s 😮 🙂
The Cheif will be very happy with your report and now he may spring a surprise any time as you are under his radar.

The place where we struggled on Friday(after loosing the motorola and the mood 😕 ), was very easy to navigate this time….no stucks…no struggle to cross that this time…. :yesss: correct momentem
