What could be more refreshing in this balmy weather than an early morning swim in the Sea?
Swimming is not only an excellent full body workout but a brilliant stress reliever too…Date Friday the 22nd of July ‘2011.
Time 0700 Hrs. to 0900 Hrs.
Venue Jumierah Open Beach, this is immediately after the Palm Strip / Dubai Marine Beach Resort & Spa on the Jumirah Beach Road about 1.5Kms SW of the Union Flag.OPTIONAL Breakfast at Al Reef Bakery/ Raavi’s or Paratha King dependent on popular choice.
ALL ARE WELCOME.
P.S. Proper Swim or athletic wear should be worn as this is a public beach.

All You Sand Wanderers…The Sea was beautiful yesterday…absolutely flat…like an infinity pool…except for the fact that This WAS the infinity Pool!!!
Had a good two hours swim & good time chatting together in the water & then had a rather large & heavy Breakfast at Raavi’s.
It was very nice, Thanks to all the participants.
We will have a repeat of the Early morning Swim on Friday the 29th of July ‘2011,
There was apparently some confusion on the location last week…
This Beach is just after the Dubai Marine Resort & Spa moving south & just opposite the Jumierah Mosque, moving North on the Beach Road.
The co-ordinates are as follows
25 13′ 60.00 N
55 15’ 41.47 E
