An Easy Relaxing Drive starting from the shops area opposite the Big Red Dune to the Iftaar Bowl on Friday the 26th of July ‘2013.
Easy to Intermediate Drive, Relaxing Drive…so all are welcome.
Meeting Time: 1645Hrs.
Drive Starts : 1700Hrs.
Drive Ends: 2000 Hrs. approx.
Meeting Point Co-Ordinates 24°57’20″N 55°42’47″E (24°57’30.19″N, 55°43’14.45″E)Meeting Place: In the sand adjacent to the shops, opposite the Big Red Dune on E44.
Drive Type: Easy to Intermediate, with some difficult to some really challenging areas in between 😉 .
Terrain: The Drive will be in an area with soft Red sand, very tall Dunes with sharp ridges, long slopes and will provide some challenging, technical driving with opportunities to improve your sand driving skills.Please carry enough water, rehydration drinks and food stuff for yourself and your passengers as we will have Iftaar at the Iftaar bowl. Make sure your car is in good condition. Your car must be equipped with front and rear towing point and with the necessary Offroad Gear.

How far is Hayee from where this drive ends. I have to reach Hayer petrol station by 9 for Eisha and tarabih. Can someone please advise if this possible. If so, then please count me in.

Mosalf 0566161157Hayer is less than an hour away from Al Madaam passing through Al Shwai’ b…so yes it is possible for you to reach Hayer at 9 for E’isha & Tara’weeh, Altaaf.

It was unreal…driving in an absolutely untouched virgin Dunes…even the Big Red in Badayer was absolutely deserted…not a single Car or Buggy in sight!!!
