fj Cruiser suspension

    I have a 2.5 lovells lift for the past two years… The suspension is now feeling very stiff. Is it possible to get the shocks serviced? Or will I need to replace?

    What other brands do people recommend? I’m looking for 2.5 – 3inch for about the same cost as the lovells (less than 4,000)

    Old man EMU, ARB and Ironman are the three most popular suspension upgrades in the region.

    Go to dollar autoworks and meet asharaf for ironman. Refer our Marshall Razik or my name and you will get good discount.

    First welcome Inigo to DOs 🙂

    Best lift kits for FJ CRUISER for time been (around 4000 dhs):

    1- Tough DOG
    2- old man emu nitro-charger
    3- Ironman nitro-gas

    If you are going for 3″ coil spring in front better to change the upper control arms, you can go for ICON or TOTAL CHAOS brands
    i recommend also to have front rubber bumps stop 500 dhs for any 2″ lift kit and above.

    Thanks for all the feedback. I met Asharaffrom Dollar this evening and they are sorting me out with a foam cell shock from Ironman. Have to say I’ve been impressed with their service so far, I’m looking forward to getting the car back from them.

    Whats the price you have received for foam cell shocks, coil springs and installation. Totally whats the cost….

    With my little experience I’m led to believe that there is no such thing as generosity in business 😉

    Nonetheless, Ironman is a good choice and hope you enjoy your new suspension :yesss:
