PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION IN FULL
This is going to be a fun drive in Sweihan from Al Ain Airport to Nahel. It is an intermediate drive but there are certain fewbee members who are capable to make the drive but are awaiting upgrade. If you think you fit into this category please email or call me to join.
The drive will begin at 7.30am which means that you will need to allow 1.5hrs to reach destination including a petrol stop.
These are the best locations to refuel: N24ยฐ 16.078′ E55ยฐ 44.462′, N24ยฐ 14.751′ E55ยฐ 43.239′.
The drive will finish either in Sweihan itself or Nahel and will finish before main prayer. Both locations have mosques.

The meeting point is at the end of Al Ain Airport and so you just follow the signs for the airport and at the main entrance turn right and proceed straight to meeting location. Please see above for fuel locations as there is not one at the meeting point.
Day and Date: Friday 28th November 2014
Drive Type: Intermediate fun
Meeting Point: N24ยฐ 17.778′ E55ยฐ 37.480′, 24.294754, 55.625153Meeting Time: 07:15 am
Drive Start: 7.30 am sharp
Drive Route & Terrain: Sand, Sand, with a bit more Sand thrown in for good measure.
Duration: 4 hours minimumChecklist:-
a) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard.
b) Carry compressor with you and ensure itโs in working condition.
c) Ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
d) Compatible Radio is a must.
e) Carry all necessary off-road gears / recovery equipment in good condition.
f) Ensure your Carโs Front and rear Snatch Hooks are in good order.
g) Child /Booster seats are must for Children below age of 6 inside the car.
h) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).Please read the following information referenced at the top of the page and register for the drive:-

We currently have 5 cars and in this area I do not wish to drive with less for safety reasons.
Therefore, I ask that all registered please make every effort to make the drive and if not possible, please confirm by tonight as not showing up as has been happening on the morning drives is not appreciated especially when the drive depends on minimum numbers. :thanks:
Otherwise see you tomorrow for some fun in the sands…….. :drive:
