Friday Multi Level PM Drive, BBQ & Shisha

    Date: Friday, May 6th
    Drive Type: Newbie, Fewbie, Multiple convoys depending on registrations and Marshals’ Availability
    Meeting Point: Muraqqab, Google Map Users, just copy and paste 24.820588, 55.575948
    Meeting Time: 2:30 pm
    Drive Start: 3:00 pm
    Drive End: ~ 7:00 pm
    Duration: ~4:00hrs

    Please deflate and prepare your vehicles directly upon arrival to the meeting point.

    Last Petrol station: opposite to the meeting point: 24.819228, 55.580034
    Drive Route: Muraqqab to Al Kudra Lakes
    Drive Terrain: small/medium technical dunes, big dunes
    Finish point: Al Kudra Lakes 24.837642, 55.374541

    IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU CARRY A FLAG POLE AND A COMPATIBLE RADIO TUNED TO DO FREQUENCIES FOUND HERE (RADIO FREQUENCIES) PLEASE READ YOUR OWNERS MANUAL AND GET ACQUAINTED WITH THE VARIOUS FUNCTIONS OF THE DEVICE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY HOW TO MANUALLY INPUT A FREQUENCY!! ANYONE WITHOUT A PROPERLY CONFIGURED RADIO, WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO JOIN THE DRIVE, FOR SAFETY REASONS!

    Checklist:
    a) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard.
    b) Carry air compressor with you and ensure it’s in working condition.
    c) Ensure your 4×4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
    d) Compatible Radio is a must.
    e) Carry all necessary off-road gear / recovery equipment in good working condition.
    f) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).

    For those joining the BBQ, Please carry your own food, drinks and BBQ equipment, sufficient for you and your passengers. In addition, carry at least 1 bundle of firewood. There is an option to exit at the finishing point for those who do not wish to stay for the BBQ.
