This event is exclusively for DO members only. open for 5 teams , each team consist of 3 cars , 1 fewbie, 1 inter and 1 advance respectively.
1st come 1st serve basis
Members can coordinate and make their teams 1st and the list down as following.
for example
Team A
(Advance Member)
(Inter Member)
(Fewbie Member)each team will be lead by Advance Member
14 way points will be provided including start and finish point , teams have to go through all the way points in a sequence to the finish point.
the team will finish with the less distance and staying on the track without missing any waypoint will be winner and will be awarded Trophy as well as the runner up.This is not a race against time, hence no need to rush, you can be the last team to reach at finish point but still can win.
A proper gps is required , please bring your data transfer cable with you as well, make sure to record your track at 50 meter interval.who will be disqualified !
1. Missing a way point.
2.recording the track at more than 50 meter interval.
3.causing damage to your car which needs a police report.
4.arriving late at starting point.
5. Not able to navigate and reach at starting point.
6.Not having proper gps and offroad gear.Bonus points!
1.Each team will demonstrate the use of High Lift Jack at the finish line, that will add -1 Km to their track.
2.Any team spot any other team fixing pop out ,record it, this will add -1 km to your track.further details will be updated on the post after the final selection of teams.
Dead line to register is March 5th ,
Checklist:
a) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard.
b) Carry air compressor with you and ensure itโs in working condition.
c) Ensure your 4×4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
d) Compatible Radio is a must.
e) Carry all necessary off-road gear / recovery equipment in good working condition.
