Don’t know anything about Camry’s but you need a 4×4 to even contemplate going into the sand, preferably with a high and low range transfer box, and also preferably a differential lock.
If your vehicle doesn’t have 4×4 then perhaps you should ask a member if you could ride shotgun with them to experience the environment, before you ‘dash out and buy a real vehicle!Good luck
Shauna Johnston from the UK
Vehicle Nissan Armada or my husbands Range Rover (which should we bring)
Stay at home mum who is desperate to offroad – husband has agreed to give it a go kids are very excited to have a go.
Can’t wait for newbie course to get out and have a go.
Been driving since I was 8 years old but mostly in British mud!!!quote Skipbj:Shauna Johnston from the UKVehicle Nissan Armada or my husbands Range Rover (which should we bring)

Been driving since I was 8 years old but mostly in British mud!!!Hi Shauna Johnston form the UK, welcome aboard ๐
Your question begs some reference for you, allow me to introduce you to another member DVG who drives an Armada …a powerful beast, why don’t you PM David (DVG) and get his opinion. I guess you need to do a drive with each vehicle…as it’s all about the driver in the end ๐

Been driving since I was 8 years old but mostly in British mud!!!Hi Shauna & Co,
I need a supporter, bring the Armada :ymhug:
Really though, which car really depends upon you because there has been all types of 4x4s out for newbee drives. I have been out a few times with my Armada SE 4×4 and nothing has stopped it or fallen off it, so despite the luxury elements of this car, it is quite strong and the doubters now see that it is capable too. Range Rover, also depends on year and model you have. However, the majority of success and failure comes down to the driver and not the machine. If you enjoyed playing in the mud at 8, you’ll enjoy the sand pit today, so come out and have some fun.Hello DO’s
