The excellent weather prompts me not to stay indoors but to go out & enjoy the beauty of the desert…around sunset tomorrow…
Day and date : Tuesday, the 24th of December ‘2013
Drive Type : Just a casual drive around in the soft tricky Sand Dunes of Al Aweer, followed by a BBQ in one of the camps in the area.

Drive Start: 15:30Hrs.
Drive Route: Al Aweer Area.
Drive Terrain: Nice picturesque Dunes and Tracks.
Duration: 2:00 hours, 120 minutes approx.
Drive ends at Sundown approx. 17:30Hrs.WE WILL DRIVE INTO ONE OF THE SAFARI CAMPS IN THE AREA, I WILL FIX IT UP WITH THEM DEPENDING UPON THE NUMBER OF CONFIRMATIONS TILL 10AM TOMORROW MORNING FOR US TO WATCH THE BELLY DANCING AND HAVE DINNER IN THE CAMP.
THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF AED50.00 PER HEAD FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO GO TO THE SAFARI CAMP, FOR DINNER, WHICH WILL BE CHARGED BY THE CAMP.
THE OPTION OF DRIVING AND NOT GOING INTO THE SAFARI CAMP IS OBVIOUSLY ALWAYS THERE, FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT WANT TO GO TO THE CAMP.
PLEASE CARRY SOME WARMER CLOTHES AND HEADGEAR ALONG AS THE WEATHER MIGHT BE A BIT CHILLY FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN AND SOME PEOPLE.Checklist:-
a) Ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in serviceable condition, with tow hooks at front & rear and with the spare tyre.
b) Compatible Radio is a must.
c) Carry all necessary offroad gears, in good condition.
d) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).
e) Full Tank fuel mustPlease read the following and register for the drive:-
