    Cristina recently had a neck injury so a bumpy ride is not ideal for her now. She will definitely join next time. All the best ladies, enjoy!

    Hi everyone!

    I have caught myself thinking with a smile about the lady drive we had a couple of weeks ago and I want to thank the marshals again for organising it. Special thanks to @John.Xterra and @Asim for respectively leading and sweeping making it both safe and fun. Thank you to my husband @Sebastien for being my patient co-pilot and instructor 🙂
    Last but not least, many thanks to @Bernardo for the video immortalizing this event.

    I have to say, after being a co-pilot myself for almost a year now and witnessing dozens of drives, this was a nice-paced and disciplined drive, no less enjoyable than other newbee/fewbee drives organised by the club. So the ladies shouldn’t hesitate to join “regular” DO drives (should they be hesitating at all).

    There was a lot of enthusiasm when we finished. I hope this will encourage the marshals to organise more lady drives in the future. I am sure most participants of the first one, if not all, are already in the starting blocks to sign up and word of mouth will do its work inviting more ladies to try a desert :drive: .
