Meeting Point : Khatam intersection on underpass 3 on the Sharjah-Kalba(Maleeha) Road.
Meeting Point Co-Ordinates :
Lat/Lon hddd.ddddd = N25.16668 E55.82608
Lat/Lon hddd.mm.mmm = N25 10.001 E55 49.565

Meeting Time : 15:00 Hrs.
Drive Start: 15:15 Hrs.

Drive Route: Al Khatam to Al Faya and further to Aweer via Kharn Murrah (if time permits)
Drive Terrain: Sand Dunes and Sand Tracks.
Duration: 3.00 hours approx.
Time for the Drive end at sunset approx. 1845Hrs.
Point for the end of the drive at Al Faya / Al Aweer.

Checklist:-
a) Ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
b) Carry an auto air compressor with you and ensure it’s in working condition.
b) Compatible Radio is mandatory
c) Carry all necessary offroad gears, in good condition.
d) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).
e) Please ensure that your vehicle’s Fuel Tank is full

Thanks Saif for organising this trip !
A little voice told me to check the website when I was coming back from grocery and that’s when I find your post…. I was just on time to join you.

I had a good time, specially in the Al Faya bowl!
I want to thank Duncan as well for his tips that helped me to tackle it successfully …. And twice 😡

We where in good company and I look forward to driving with all again soon!
