:thanks: Ahmad, very nice idea ๐ look forward to it ๐
๐ It could be another mega convoy ๐
Remember last week I mentioned the name of an American Country singer called Kris Kristofferson, well I found the trailer from the 1978 movie of the same name ‘Convoy’. There is a line in the film where he is asked a question about leading the Convoy” his reply is “I’m not leading I’m just out in Front” :))
Anyway here’s the link enjoy B-)
:thanks:Hey,
First drive as a driver with DO, might remove my name later on if older brother- kash- plays his trump card *age* and somethings got to give.
Super stoked, looking forward to meeting you all! @brianj, the more the merrier right?!
Thanks Ahmad for taking the time to organize this and hoping for a not too harsh learning experience!
~cheers

:thanks:Thanks Brian, That’s correct…one is actually just in the front…reminds me of a line from one of Richard Bach’s Novel…illusions….
Learning is finding out what you already know.
Doing is demonstrating that you know it.
Teaching is reminding others that they know just as well as you.quote Ahmad Pervez:๐..reminds me of a line from one of Richard Bach’s Novel…illusions….

I believe anybody who has not read Jonathan Livingstone Seagull…has missed out on some critical education…
โYou will begin to touch heaven, Jonathan, in the moment that you touch perfect speed. And that isnโt flying a thousand miles an hour, or a million, or flying at the speed of light. Because any number is a limit, and perfection doesnโt have limits. Perfect speed, my son, is being there.โ

I join Musbah :ymapplause: :ymapplause: :ymapplause: and he wrote that in the ’70’s, proof if any were needed, that all the knowledge we need is out there , we just need to be there too :thanks:
Hello Ahmad
We are in for the :drive: and BBQ. It will be great to finally meet you. Thank you for taking the effort to create this group and forum :thanks: . Sure’s a great way to learn sand driving with an awesome bunch of people.
The menu for the communal BBQ from our pit will be a leg of lamb cooked the ancient silk road way “Raan” with some baked baby potatoes and garlic bread.
Any takers =p~
