:drive: Type : Learner’s Drive:Newbie, Fewbie, Intermediate -multiple convoys
Meeting Point : Khatam intersection on underpass 3 on the Sharjah Kalba Road.

Please check-in with DO staff members on arrival, please be prompt. The meeting point is also the deflation point, drive participants can deflate on arrival (15psi all round recommended).
A short drive briefing will be held immediately prior to the start time.Drive Start: 14:00 Hrs.
Drive Route: Khatam to Al Faya and beyond (Tawi Nazwa via Pink Rock, time permitting)
Drive Terrain: Dunes & Tracks
Duration: 3-3.30 hours approx., depending on convoy level and available daylight, Sunset 17.30hrs/ 5.30pmChecklist:-
a) Ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel. Your car must be equipped with front and rear towing point
b) Compatible Radio is a must.
c) Carry all necessary offroad gear (minimum= shovel- kinetic rope or Tow strap- rated shackles – Jack), in good condition.
d) Carry enough water / refreshments / snacks for self & co-passenger(s).
e) Full Tank of fuel a must, Emarat Filling Station 30kms before meeting point
f) For the safety of yourself and any passengers please ensure seat belts are worn at any time your vehicle is movingAll Senior Members and Marshals are most welcome to join.

Regarding the rig, the big tyres on my JK are touching the fenders so need to sort it out but the kits are not available till the second week of January. Looks like there will be a few more adventures with the H3.
