AnonymousJanuary 19, 2014 at 7:07 pm #28708Hi, I just wanted to know as there are 2 drives on this day – when I click on register – does that mean i get registered for both drives?
Secondly, I am a new member can I participate in this drive? I have just bought a new car last week and have not yet got most of the equipment required. I currently have Manual deflator, Pressure gauge and compressor, first aid kit, fire extinguisher. Is that ok? I will get the other requirements soon.
I have driven a few times in the dunes and once in another club, but not with the same car.
Please let me know if I could join this drive.
Thanks in advance.
January 20, 2014 at 3:58 am #28710Hi Duli, welcome to the club.
The equipment you have is a great start. I would advise you to buy a walkie talkie for the trip however as communication during the drive is vital, especially with the area in which we are going. See the posts on this website for where to buy in Dragon mart.
And yes you are registered for both drives. If you cannot make both however, just mention in a post which one of the drives you will attend so us as marshals know. Thanks.
