Masarat UAE and oman offroad map

    Hi guys, I have bought the SD from Masarat for UAE & Oman Offroad GPS map for garmin some time back and am trying to copy the info onto another larger SD card with other maps on like my europe and MENA.
    I am having problems just dragging and dropping these files… Any ideas if there is a protection on this – and if there is a solution? 😕
    Basically there are 2 folders on the sd and 1 read me file –
    Arabic folder – containing GMAPSUPP.IMG
    GARMIN folder- Containing GMAPSUPP.IMG, gmapsupp.unl, id.txt
    and
    the read me file read me.txt

    any helpful hint would be great

    Unfortunately, I have had no luck :-\ , i assume because it is a map produced locally by Masarat, the garmin unlock generator will not provide me with the passcode id. 🙁

    Contact the Masarat owner and he shall willing configure both the maps onto a single SD card and unlock them for you. He is based in Sharjah. Lemme know if you need further contact details.

    I have tried to contact the Masarat owner both by mail and phone, but he has not responded. I have a similar issue with the maps – can you assist me in getting hold of him?

    Thanks Zarir, Ahmad and Jihad for your help on this matter…
    I won’t be able to make the Friday drive this week but will keep my eye on your registrations for future drives – Jihad – over coming weeks and contact you beforehand if that’s ok.
