Multi-level desert drive and Dinner (optional) at the Safari camp

    Day and date: Saturday, 2016 May 07

    Drive Type: multi-level – Multiple-convoys based on the grading of the drivers
    Meeting Point: E102, Khatam underpass

    Meeting Time: 1430 hrs
    Drive Start: 1445 hrs
    Drive End: 1800 hrs
    Duration: 5 hrs

    Drive Route: Fossil Rock-Camel Rock-Aweer
    Drive Terrain: Sand

    After the drive, we have an option to pay a visit to a safari camp to enjoy dinner and other evening activities at such safari camps.

    Once we know the total number of persons opting for the dinner, we will arrange with an appropriate safari camp to host us. Based on the total size of the group.

    The Charges for the dinner, as charged by the Safari Camp is AED 50.00 per person and have to be paid by the participants directly to the Camp. A confirmation for the dinner is required by 8pm on Friday, the 6th May 2016, so that we can confirm with the Safari Camp accordingly.

    Checklist:
    a) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard.
    b) Carry air compressor with you and ensure it’s in working condition.
    c) Ensure your 4×4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
    d) Compatible Radio is a must.
    e) Carry all necessary off-road gear / recovery equipment in good working condition.
    f) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).

    joining only the drive is fine Alex, that’s why we mentioned dinner as optional

    Infants are free, 3-11 years are at 1/2 rate and 12 onwards is normal rate.
    I hope that clarifies.

    It will be nice to see u after 2 months.
    Tomorrow morning my relatives and friends are arriving from India. Iwe all will be joining for desert drive and dinner.

    Total 7 people.
    Kindly confirm the Safari camp.

    A few are vegetarian. Therefore please pass this information to safari management.

    Hi,
    Im new to Dubai Offroaders.
    I’d like to join with my wife and 2 kids (4 people).
    We won’t be joining for the dinner but is there any cost for the driving?
