Dear All
seeking your kind help, i’m planning to make musandam trip, So,
i have no idea about the area and requesting your help for the following:
– Best route with side view.
– how many kilometeres to reach there (distance from dubai to there)
– which place i should go to (i heared about Khasab)?
– what type of car i should drive? i will not go offroad but it may be required!
– how about the accomodation there? hotel prices if posible?
– where to go there and whats more than the nice view?
– any firther information will be great help

Answers to your questions in the same order below.

– Best route with side view
* I dont really understand your questions but there is only one way by road to go to Musandam and its quite scenic. Route is Dubai-RAK-Khasab (the only town in musandam)

– how many kilometeres to reach there (distance from dubai to there)
*Less than 200km one way, but you could add if you are doing off-roading into the mountains.

– which place i should go to (i heared about Khasab)?
*Khasab is pretty much the only place there. But for attractions 1- Boat trip through several islands. 2- Offroad in the mountains towards Wadi Bih but you cant cross into it and would have to make a journey back to Khasab. I thinks its worth it as you get good view from the top. 3- Khor Al Najd – A nice route into the mountains and then descends onto the khor. 4- Khasab itself in the beach.

– what type of car i should drive? i will not go offroad but it may be required!
*Sedan is fine if you dont plan to go up in the mountains otherwise a 4×4 is required.

– how about the accomodation there? hotel prices if posible?
* A couple of hotels available 500+

– where to go there and whats more than the nice view?
* Check detail in your 3rd question but nice views, boat ride, ocean, swimming and offroad experience to answer your question.

– any firther information will be great help

There is one major question you forgot to ask
– Time of the year to visit Musandam
* It’ll be very hot these days but still people go out there according to their resistance and thirst for travel and enjoyment. So its your call.
