055 5617510Another Great Day in the sand, Thank you so much to Sanjay/ Firoz.. for the wonderful drive.
it wasn’t easy today with a very soft sands, but because of the good drivers skills in the convoy we manage to make it happened with few stuck and Tyre pop-out for me at the end of the drive 🙂 it takes 5 minutes only to fix, of course because of the proper equipment i have in my car .HHHHHHHHAgain thank you so much,, waiting for the next drive ::)

:thanks: to Sanjay and the rest of the DO team for fantastic trip on Friday afternoon. Having adopted the morning drives as my standard over the past month it was great to see some new faces and some old ones again. 🙂
There was a good turnout and plenty of registrations and support members for two convoys. 😀
The drive set to start on time but immediately the Fewbee convoy experienced a new kind of stuck! 😕 A tree stump stuck under the car prevented any movement – very different to our usual sand issues. This was quickly rectified with great support from the convoy members, following a lead to collect wood and bricks to reverse the vehicle up and over the tree. Great teamwork! :ymapplause:
The drive consisted very much of the smaller/medium, tight types of dunes which required a high degree of concentration and alertness for those who wanted to keep their bumpers… (Maybe important to stress the importance of the sand flag if the car without it wants to keep the rear end intact) 😉
As the drive went on we hit incredibly soft patches of sand, meaning we were easily stuck on flats and even downhill’s – it was difficult to stop anywhere throughout the drive to allow for a convoy catch up…
Nearing the end of the drive we found a nice flat area to stop and assess our exit point… some took a few minutes to have a last minute spin… Just for good measure, and as we hadn’t had one, we had a pop out :p – correct tools and knowledge of what needed doing led to it being fixed in no time.See you guys again for another great drive
