055 5617510Another good day out in the desert 🙂 . The convoy was split into two and I was assigned in the fewbie convoy which Khaled Bhai would lead and Humayun would Sweep. Bearing in mind the strength of the convoy, Khaled Bhai kept switching between fewbie, fewbie ++ mode and at times raising the tempo to almost intermediate level :yesss: .
We had a couple of stucks and a few repeat attempts and the usual limbo in the bowl scenario but it was all dealt with effectively by Humayun, Mehboob and Ayan.
This :drive: offered the technical driving on small and medium dunes as well as the momentum based driving on the bigger ones.
We passed by Super Bowl and Iftar Bowl and made it back to Badayer with a little bit of night driving.
Irfan drove well and I am sure Bruno learned some new tricks today 😉 .
Thank you Khaled Bhai for a fantastic lead and Humayun for sweep duties :thanks: .
Last but not the least, the weather was truly awesome and we spotted a gazelle as well B-) .
There were a lot of convoys out there doing this route this Friday and I guess we all got lucky with the weather.
