New-Few Bees & Intermediate drives…

Dear Marshalls,
As we notice from past 2-3 weeks, we defenitely have increased the number of participants in our drives. It is indeed a very good thing to see so many of us every friday :ymapplause: :ymapplause: . Before we start the drive, the marshalls distribute the entire convoy into two groups – New-Few Bees & Intermediate.
Just as a suggestion, what i feel is if we have the intermediate drive also every week along with the new-few bees, then I beleive, as agreed by the rules laid, the members who have 2 stars and above should only participate in the intermediate group, whereas all the others can join the new-few bees group.
Of course any of the intermediate member can defenitely join the few bees.
This according to me, will save the time and increase the momentum of the intermediate group and also help the new-few bees in gaining more confidence driving with some experience drivers.
Kindly please take this just as a suggestion only, nothing to hurt anyone. Rest… the decision is all yours.

I agree almost 100%. The only thing I would change, is that the head Marshal should define who goes in what group, because starts are not only because of driving skills…I got mine because of the desert cleaning initiative…. which I hope is up and running and will audit tomorrow 😀
