    Drive Type : Newbie- intermediate and advance
    Meeting Point : N24 43.059 E55 37.709
    24.71765, 55.62848 (JUST COPY PASTE IN GOOGLE MAPS)
    Meeting Time : 14.30pm
    Drive Start: 14:45pm
    Drive Route &Terrain: Tracks and Dunes
    From Faqa will take all the technical dunes , will try pass through IFTAR BOWL, SUPER BOWL AND TWO TREE VALLEY AS WELL….
    Duration: 3 hours minimum

    Checklist:-
    a) Keep your emergency contact info at vehicle dashboard.
    b) Carry compressor with you and ensure its in working condition.
    c) Ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in perfect condition and with enough fuel.
    d) Compatible Radio is a must.
    e) Carry all necessary offroad gears / recovery equipment in good condition.
    f) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).

    I’m on stby for that day, but if by then I don’t get called, I’ll be with You guys.
    I’m still reviewing the footage about yesterday’s drive, And I can’t wait to go out again…

    Btw, I’ve seen the meeting point, are We heading east or west from that point?

    Hi,

    I just got my Prado today. I really want to come for this drive. I am a newbie and dont have any desert driving experience yet.
    Also i haven’t bought any of the required accessories for the drive (radio, infiltrator, showel etc). I dont think i will have time to buy it before friday. Do you still think i can join you guys? I would love to start off with DO.

    Hi Aeyaz and welcome on board,
    congrats for the prado and hope youll enjoy it out in the desert very soon.
    the offroad gear required is for your own convenience and will come in handy very often, however you can gradually gather them as you go while getting all the info and advice from other members.
    As a first step you will need to get the radio which you can easily acquire at dragon mall, a quick search here at the forum will give you all the information you might need about radios.

    Hi all,

    Apologies but will not be able to join this week’s drive as my jeep is having some repair works. They are changing my engine block to address the power issues I have been having over last few months.

    Will be back in action next weekend with a fully powered jeep. :yesss:
