New Years Eve 31/12/2009

Party starts at 9.00 pm and ends next year!!! at 9.00 am!
WHAT YOU GET:
• Dinner, live BBQ and breakfast
• Bonfire
• DJ
• Dance Floor
• Jumping Castle for kids
• Overnight stay in a dedicated camping site
• Buffet breakfast (next morning)
• Clean 5-Star level toilets
• Early morning sunrise desert drive
• Pony Rides for kids
• Live entertainment==================
• Those planning to stay overnight must carry their tents and sleeping bags. • Tent Hire (Limited): Dhs 100 per tent.
• Pony rides optional: Dhs 30 per ride (15 minutes).
• If you want to cook yourself, bring in your own food (marinated meat, vegetables etc)
• Soft drinks will be served.• Convoy will leave from Emirates Road at 8.00 PM on 31 December, 2009.
CONTRIBUTION:
Dhs. 180: Single
Dhs 350 per couple
Dhs 50: Children above 10
Free entrance for kids under 10 years.FINAL ENTRY DATE: 25th December, 2009.

Meeting Point for Participants.
The new Enoc Petrol Station just off the Ras Al Khor/ Hatta Exit on the Emirates Road towards Sharjah.
Meeting time 1945 Hrs.
Departure time 2000 Hrs.Please carry Sufficient warm clothing…as the temperature plummets in the night in the desert & it is going to be very Cold.
It is preferable & recommended to stay overnight at the farm, since it may not be desirable driving about early morning after a tiring night.
Please carry your own tent, sleeping bags & camping equipment etc. & a suitable camping spot will be provided.

What about people joining from Sharjah. Insted of coming in to Dubai, We can catch up with the convoy at EPPCO petrol station after the national paints round about and before the Sharjah airport road. please confirm. :ymparty: :ymparty:
