Hello @Waleed4x4
Found this online, give it a try:
”
For those who have the Crony CY – 888 two way radio….please see below channel programming process. If anyone has found a better way of doing it, please let us know as well.Crony CY 888 channel programming
Enter the frequency for channel 1 physically as 464.562. The 5 will come automatically per the program inside.
Press Funtion “F” and press “#” for storing and then select channel “01” using “A” for up and “B” for down. and then press “D” for storing launch frequency (speak).
Then press F and press # and then press “C” for storing receive frequency (hear). The channels for speak and hear are they same for off-road purpose. Channel 1 is now set.
To confirm Press F and press 1. You will see CH – 01 on the screen.
Press F and 1 again. You will now see the frequency 462.562 5 and 01 on the screen.
For Channel 2 and subsequent channels
Now press F. You will see the frequency displayed as 462.562 5. Press A and keep pressing till you come to 462.587 5.
Press F and you will see channel 01 on the top which is the earlier stored channel. Press A to select channel 2 and press F # D for storing this frequency as launch frequency and repeat above for receive frequency. In this way you can store all the channels upto 22. ”

Sam@samonajj these steps are same as I did for my Crony radio ๐ . Just like to add 1 more step before starting this is to change the frequency step size from 25Hz to 12.5Hz. If I’m not wrong it can be done by pressing F then no. 4 this will show the current frequency step size. Then press no. 4 again 1-2 times to set 12.5 Hz. Then follow the steps to save the channels.

AnonymousSeptember 18, 2016 at 2:48 am #36503Dear Abdulla, welcome to DO, looking forward to meet you on the sand.
Please make sure to program all above listed frequencies into your radio as the marshals can decide to use any frequency on the drives, hence it is important to have stored them all.
Cheers,dear all
i recently bought icom ic-2720 its a fixed mobile walkie talkie in the car, it reads both VHF/UHF. it works perfect on the VHF channels in receiving and transferring but when it comes to UHF i can only receive very clear but cannot send. do anyone here have the experience that might help me or know somewhere i can visit to check.
