Hi Guys
A couple of families are interested in the bbq part only and not too keen for the drive. Is it permissible for them to join us only for the bbq? If yes, do they still need to register as they are not members. Lastly, will the bbq site be accessible for them without deflation?
Please advise.

Yes, you are most welcome to bring the families who are interested in BBQ party :ymparty: :ymparty: :ymparty: If they are not keen for the drive, then no need of registering.
Initially, we thought of having the BBQ spot very near to ADNOC. But seeing the head count for BBQ 😮 🙂 we need to keep the spot a little inside, but near to tracks for accommodating the large group of BBQ-ers and also for privacy.
Accessing the spot without deflation depends on the area we chose and we can advise you accordingly. But no worries, we are having long list of cars, staying back for BBQ and we can certainly help your guests to reach the spot and return 🙂

No probs brother ….after its ‘sharing’ makes everybody close to their hearts.But my concern how i keep the stuff without spoiling from morning as i am planning for whole day drive.
Hmmm..let me find a way.
I’ve also the same concern, as the food (prepared on Thursday night) will be good till friday night in a small cooler box.. 😮 😮 , If anyone have similar experience pls share and make us confident to bring it without worries, I’ve bought the normal fridge ice & natural ice also for extra cool, but no idea how many hours it will last…
Free Prescription to maintain your food for longer time
Cover the bottom of the ice box with ice (first layer)
Put your food or meet on top of the ice (second layer) and make sure that the meet or food is fully isolated so no water will be mixed with your food in order to maintain good protection for your food.
Put ice to cover the remaining part up to the maximum (third layer)
Drive 24 hours and then enjoy eating fresh meet.

GUYS LISTEN TO MUSBAH YOUR FOOD WILL BE FINE IF YOU DO WHAT HE SUGGESTS The really important bit is the wrapping up of the food so that NO melting ice water gets onto the food, Triple wrap it, The ice will melt for sure but the food will stay fresh. Keep it in a very cold fridge thursday night and load the car early Friday morning, if you are doing the early drive and a midday if your coming for the afternoon easy pezy lemon squeezy 😀
