    Picked up a Motorola 338+ from the shop in DM at the weekend, preprogrammed for you guys. I’d also like to get it to talk to my friends radios which are Kirisun Pt4200 on the same frequency range. Can any of the radio Gurus give me some tips on how to do it?

    hi Matt
    i heavent heard before of Kirisun brand but basically you need to have all radios on same freq to be able to conversate with each other. just choose a same channel on both radios.

    Hi Justden – Two main problems here – I dont know the default frequencies for the Kirisuns but more than that I think there is some kind of encoding information missing CTCSS / DCS, whatever they are so even if I found the right frequency I might not know it!

    Hello Everyone,

    Got a motorola from a friend that he bought at DM but it has not been programmed yet and the chanels do not match.

    gladly a Marchal has fixed one chanel at the last drive but can someone advice how to set the frequencies on it or a store that does it for you?
