May I take this opportunity to remind all members that when trips are posted, if you wish to join please make sure that you are committed to attend and register accordingly.

We try on your behalf to be professional and it is very frustrating trying to organise a trip when we do not know who will be there or not. This is especially true when trip numbers are limited.

Of course we will always accept apolgies from registered members who for personal/work reasons cannot attend, but can you let the trip organiser know in advance so that your place may be given to someone who wants to join.
So to sum up, if you can definitely join when a trip is posted please register asap. If you are not sure DO NOT register, let someone else go who can definitely attend.

This applies to all levels.
