Should we hold the rpm at the max torque when climbing?

If your torque curve peaks at 3000rpm (example) – does that mean that when climbing a high dune, you should try to hold the rpm at 3000?

Cos the usual advice is to floor it and max the rpm for as long as you can…

Usual advise is the right thing to floor it.

As when u floor and go in begining ur RPM touches max and then slowly it drops as incline become steeper. Thats why u should always make sure that car RPM should be above 3k if not steer down from that point, as if it drops further than 3k means ur car isnt having enuf power to climb that long hill and steer downwards safely before it looses all pwr.

No stock car will climb to Faya and Bidayer from front side. If you are obsessed with those things look into how to modify ur car completely by adding turbo or super charger, intake, exhaust, ECU, tyres, Stiffer suspension, stabilizers……………..There is no ends to mods.
