Here is a summary of the Dubai Offroaders features, functionalities and requests will be added to this thread. I am going to remove all the other announcements as they are making the announcement section too big in the News and Announcements. Also, it is better to compile it all in one section for new members to see and understand the site functionality.

1. Registration for trips on Dubai Offroaders is done by clicking on the “Register for trip” button once. You can remove your name by clicking on “Remove your name” button. The list of the members attending the drive is done by the marshals regularly in the first post itself. So you do not have to quote a huge post and add your name for registering in our trips. One click for registration on our trips.

2. Thanks for posts. You can thank the author of the thread for his/her efforts by clicking on “Thank the author” button. You can remove your thanks by clicking on “Remove your thanks” button.

3. Blog system. You have been given a chance to have your own blog on Dubai Offroaders. Share anything that your heart desires. It is implemented to make the “showroom” option formerly available on Dubai Offroaders better in functionality as you can also show off your car or your equipment by posting it in your blogs. The option to upload pictures via Postimage is also available in the blog. And comment system is also functional now.

4. Star rating system. We have 3 forums to divide the members in Dubai Offroaders. Beginners, Intermediate and Advanced. Where you fall depends on the number of stars you have. 5. Dubai Offroaders – Member of the week. This has been up for quite a few weeks now and it had one of the best responses I have seen from our members over the years. Every week, the marshals observe the members of that week’s drive and choose a member who becomes the member of the week. His photo along with his name is then posted on all our pages for that week.

6. Dubai Offroaders Gallery has many features. Image upload, image view, share on social networking sites, comments and rating. The ideal way to share your pictures via Dubai Offroaders. 7. Social networking bar in all our topics. You can share all the topics at Dubai Offroaders on the social networking sites by clicking on the icon of the social networking site that you want to share it on.

8. “Add image to post via Postimage”. You can upload the non offroad pictures or even offroad pictures that you don’t want to share on the gallery but share in your post by following that link. It is in your message editor page when you are posting a new reply or topic.

9. Dubai Offroaders Mobile. All of these options are available on your mobile too, except the sharing on social networking sites of topics and images because they make the loading time of the page for the slow browser of the mobile too long. We believe in efficient and quick ways to do things always!
