    Okay, so now we have this huge and extensive website. But what has improved from the last one that we had?

    Here is a list of new options now available to you

    1. An activity page where you get updates about everyone’s activities on the website.
    2. Your own profile page which will show everyone what you have been upto!
    3. An events calendar which from now on we will be using to register for trips.
    4. Your own personal albums (yes, finally it’s possible)! Name the album what you want. To access them, go to your profile, put your cursor on the gallery tab on the left and when the menu pops out, click on personal albums. The way to upload the pictures is still the same.
    5. Extensive friend management system which allows you to befriend your fellow off roaders.

    As you all know, Dubai Offroaders is continuously being developed, expect to see more improvements.

    Planned features are

    1. Better picture uploading experience in the gallery.
    2. Like system.

    I will update as more things come to mind.

    Feedback and ideas are welcome as usual.

    All the old links and features that existed on our old website, still exist! 🙂

    The “click to register” option was a very good one in the old page…I would keep it. Makes life easier. See the event, and just click….

    We will be having a link which links to the event in the calendar in every drive post directly 🙂

    I think I miss one thing: Before there was a field to enter the number of drives in your profile but I can’t find it anymore. The textbox for the drive list is still there, just the number is missing.

    Yes, Chris. Because of some people entering random numbers, it has been made a marshals only edit field now. Tell me how many drives you have done with Dubai Offroaders in total, and I will update the field for you 🙂
