Thursday Night Drive – 4th April 2013

    Thursday Night Drive on 4th April 2013 :drive:

    Lets enjoy the night chillness of desert and mark the beginning of “Night Drive Season” :-BD

    Day and date : Thursday, 4th April 2013
    Drive Type : Open to all fewbees and above (Newbees and first timers please excuse 🙁 )
    Meeting Point : Confirmed by PM to all registered participants.
    Meeting Time : 9:00 pm
    Drive Start: 9.15 pm
    Drive Terrain: Dunes, bowls and tracks
    Duration: 2 to 3 hours of drive, dinner break.

    Checklist:-
    a) Ensure your 4 x 4 vehicle is in perfect condition, enough fuel and with good headlights.
    b) Compatible Radio is a must as other modes of communications are difficult at night.
    c) Carry all necessary offroad gears and first aid.
    d) Carry enough water / refreshments / re-hydration drinks for self & co-passenger(s).
    e) Atleast 2 bundles of firewood (can pick up at the meeting point) per car.
    f) Carry a little more food stuff to share with others for dinner.
    g) Carry camping gear, if you wish overnight camping.
    h) Have appropriate clothes to keep you warm, as it may turn very cold at night in desert.
    i) Wear closed shoes for protection against lizards, which may get attracted by camp fire.

    Couldn’t wait to register for this drive…..Its going to be a fun-filled thriller….. Just recollected all the previous experiences….. Guys GO FOR IT………
