https://www.facebook.com/groups/248053532355/photos/Hi,
Thanks Amjed for your detailed report and for being a sweet sweep. Thanks Abdulah for your professional training session and the video will be uploaded shortly to the website. Our lead Marshal was great in all aspects and the drive was very smooth and challenging for newbie and most importantly it will add a lot of experience doing slide slops and applying right techniques in various situations.
Thanks again and best regards,
Mahmoud Musbah

AnonymousDecember 15, 2012 at 5:03 am #20790Wow!! What a fun drive. We really enjoyed Abdullah’s briefing. Surprisingly there were so many first timers. My brother in law was visiting from Canada and he was impressed by how professional the group organization was. Since it was so many first timers I let him drive my car for a bit too. He had loads of fun.
Abdullah led our convoy with Saif sweeping. Nice of Abdullah to allow me to be second lead and Arvind to be second sweep. Good learning experience for us. Abdullah would stop the convoy intermittently and show us the dunes and teach us how to read the sand. He would intentionally take us up and down some tricky dunes that surely gave us all a good learning experience. We had. Few stucks but all expertly handled by Saif.
Finally met up with the other convoys and sped our way back to the meeting point.
Tiger, thanks for the advice on the sway bar linking joint. Will get it checked out by ironman!
Most of the pictures (I had taken) is uploaded to Our Facebook Group page http://goo.gl/JTNgM. If anybody else has taken pictures please add it to the group..
For photos taken during the trip are uploaded on my website…
