I want to organize and carry out a trend setting or you may name it as a bench mark trip for our club.
The trip will start from Jebl Ali Emarat gas station on Friday the 31st at 8.00 am sharp and will end at Jebl Ali Saturday 6.00 pm.
This is only a registration post or as it is termed a TEASER. the final trip itanery etc will follow once the registrations are done with.
All those seriously interested and sure of their participation shall start registering by putting in their names,car and mob nos.
It will be a full two days 2 trip,so people working on saturdays may not join or take a leave of absence for one day. :yes:
I shall close the registrations by 20th of Oct.
how many exit points?
i would like to know since i’ll be working on sat and won’t be able to bunk work…if there are many exit points might join for a full friday…

Well the area will be Liwa in broder spectrum,but with a different approach and new routes.
Yes there will be exit points but strictly advisable either to join in for full two days or not to join as driving back during night that too after a full days off road drive is not on!
Our consideration is not only for members fun but their safety as well.
So more appropriate idea is to avail leave of absence(Sick leave or a forlough leave) for a day and all of you who need to do so have enough time on hands to do so.
Guys we need to make this trip BIGGER AND BETTER then ever so start putting your names.

Mr. Kayani would you please post the approximate expenses per head…as discussed earlier.
We will have to take care of 4 meals on the go…
Junaid Bhai…apparently you have not attended any of the overnight trips organized by Zubair.
I consider myself a connoisseur on food & am very picky about what I eat…Believe me NO catering company can match what we have been treated to on these Liwa trips…
He has been organizing these trips at his own cost & is adamant on doing so in the future too,
now once or twice is okay, but to make it a habit? NO NO
that is the reason…for my post…We will avail of his Mehmaan nawaazi but will share the costs…that’s the least that we can offer.
Imraan I am sure that your intentions are honourable…but I take exception to the expression…
I am not sure of the cost breakup…so I would not name an amount…I would prefer to
a. ask Zubair for the per head cost…approx.
b. let him give all the bills for food expense.I am sure that within a couple of trips we will know the average cost…then things will fall into place…
In the worst case scenario, avoid all this confusion & let everybody cater for himself.
No one has to give any money to anyone, and everyone whosoever wants to bring or arrange his or their own food.
As for all genrally speaking I shall be doing a humble arrangments for the first day lunch and dinner.
The second day breakfast and second day lunch is self arrangments.
Lets close this matter and move on!
No one has ever asked for any contrbutions or catering,neither do I run a catering company so please forget what Mr. Ahmed posted.
