    Denali gets my vote…..

If bumper clearance allows, why not try Denali, anyways you wont be hitting some serious dunes with that much loaded car with food and drinks.

If i am coming, i will get my Disco too (if track and route is same like last time).

    Denali gets my vote!! :drive:

I like this word Denali which is a National Park in Alaska and holds the highest mountain of North America called as Mount McKinley ( having summit at an elevation of 19470 ft above sea level) or sometimes also called as Mount Denali.

I also like the word Tahoe (another large size SUV) which is a beautiful lake in the mountains close to Sacramento (capital of the US state California). This lake is at the border of two US states California and Nevada.

    (Just a piece of info)

Zubair Sahab, As much as i would love to see a 6.2 rip thru the desert….i have my reservations against american reliability!! – Again as rightly pointed out, ground clearance on the front bumper is a cause for concern as well…
    I know this doesnt help….but i think I am 50:50 on this one….

    anyhow…
    i am in as well….

Thats 1+ 2 (or 3) will confirm in a bit.
    Car: Land Cruiser Prado.

    Cheers
    :bounce: :drive:

Just to help you Zubair bhai. Measure the bumper space on flat ground. If its above 10-12 inchs then get it.

If you really don’t like your bumper then get the american muscle,

Get in touch with Mitch at Liberty Motor Sports and he shall be able to help with modifying that bumper of yours

Now why u r adv abt Mitch here, dont you rem ur last words that he is oops his work is foooooook!ng expensive. And plus Zubair is no gora bhai :taunt:

And moreover if i am not wrong his Denali is family and road driver not dune buggy.

Lets get back on track and more people sign up for this trip

Anyone carrying stove n stuff, v cud probably cook breakfast in the morning before starting the next day drive.

I’ve two stoves but none is working at the moment…

Suggest me where could I find Propane cylinders for my camping stove by Coleman, here is the link for ref. picture.

    http://www.coleman.com/coleman/colemancom/large.asp?productid=5430E700&prodname=2+Burner+Propane+Stove

or if we cannot find them in UAE where could I get my other fuel Coleman stove fixed. Ref picture on the following site
    http://www.coleman.com/coleman/colemancom/large.asp?productid=424AA00&prodname=2+Burner+Dual+Fuel+Stove

These stoves have been very handy for all our camping but since v moved here these are not working.

Jessil, Is there any list of essentials made before that could be posted here?
