Just a teaser to get your response on a possible 4×4 self-drive safari in Namibia in October 2009.
ABOUT NAMIBIA
We will hire 4×4 equipped with tents and journey through Nambia. Namibia is a wonderful self-drive destination with many attractions to visit while on safari. The roads are well maintained and the infrastructure is relatively developed to offer the intrepid traveler a wonderful African holiday. A self-drive safari in Namibia will be a perfect platform to take our club to new horizons.COST
Roughly US$ 2500 per person for 13 day safari + air tickets and accommodation
So all-in-all, roughly around Dhs 15,000 per person approximately by each person in the kitty and we can do it.
We can also shorten the trip to 7 days… and customise the outing to suit our convenience.More details on http://www.bookinafrica.com/namibia–4×4-tours/
As always, we will travel in convoy (in your hired 4×4 vehicle), with a guide in his own vehicle leading the way, while camping in the wilderness areas of Namibia. It gives us the opportunity to try out our driving skills in the African bush without the risk of getting lost or running out of necessities.
