    It is my pleasure to announce the following upgrades, on today the 19th of Jan. 2014

    Omar Shalan is upgraded to a Captain with 2 stars in the Intermediate category.
    Leo Austrian is upgraded to a Captain with 2 stars in the Intermediate category.
    Ruslan Bahautdin is upgraded to a Captain with 2 stars in the Intermediate category.
    NiXoN, Nikolay Vukolov is upgraded to a Captain with 2 stars in the Intermediate category.
    Faraz Sharif is upgraded to a Captain with 2 stars in the Intermediate category.
    Tatiana, Tatiana Etinger is upgraded to a Private with 1 star in the Beginners Category.
    Alexander Podgornyi is upgraded to a Private with 1 star in the Beginners Category.
    Bernd Ziethen is upgraded to a Private with 1 star in the Beginners Category.
