Just had my Second Trip as a leader Evening +35 minutes night drive,
Only Two Cars, the other was first time in desert, dunes were small but very tricky, and my friend did a great Job as first timer.
last stuck was at a very odd angle, almost got my self stuck while pulling the 2nd car. then changed the direction of Patrol (2nd car) Inch by inch to get my self in a better position to pull the car.
WOOWWW, I AM LOVING IT

Damn, i think i missed a weekend offroading (and HumSafar’s nite drive) after a very long time, i was stuck in bed wih a bad flu, just got over it yesterday. Ahmed’s posted a very exciting drive at the Sand Mountain between Liwa and Al Ain and i think this is what most of us have been waiting for…. I have work in Abu Dhabi on the same weekend, but i m going to try to sneak out and join in for a few hours!!!
Shan,
If you can get permission (you have to), we will Join Jessils drive, since it is a short drive we can get back well in time, In this way you can have you frist true night drive experince as well, must tell you, night drives are awsome.
anticipate a positive reply.
Same request/sugession to whole CWR team.
Shan, go for the night drive. Its really a nice experience.
This weekend I’ll be attending a noon drive with some old friends, as I promised them two weeks back to join this trip. So morning trip will be doubtful.Humzy, if you have the time, arrange a morning drive with Adeel Bhai and the rest…
Hey all, sorry, been out of the scene for some time, but primarily because i thought i was ok and wasnt.
But i know i m much better now than before, hope to reignite the CWR drives soon. Also, dont have the wrangler anymore and now drive a more family wagon, the Jeep Cherokee Sport, which also has not proven itself !!
