To keep the menu static and on top of everything, we had to give it a “z-index” of 2;
The problem which happened because of that was that the menu came over the forums and hence, it started floating on the forums in browsers of iPad and Blackberry tablet. This modification of the top menu is done for better cross browser compatibility of the website. The top menu uses the “z-index” of 2; but because it is not on the side of the forums, does not affect the width, no matter what browser or device you are using.
Satwinder, can you check again on the iphone regarding the page bug. I have changed the ‘#’ to ‘No.’ because ‘#’ inside inverted commas after an <a href=””> tag reloads the same page.
The second problem should not occur thanks to your idea of the new registration for the trip. Just go on the first page, and click on the username who did not show up. All his/her info will show up. In the first post on the mobile too, all the usernames who clicked on the register for trip are links and will redirect you to the profile where all the info is there. All usernames in the post are links too, and should give you the info.

Had to look in a million places to find a good looking weather widget. Will be adding some more widgets.

Satwinder, found a fix for the pagination problem, the code was a little wrong. Fixed the code. Try it on the iPhone. Let me know 🙂
Hi Hamza,
I think the bug “#” at the bottom of the page while browsing in iPhone still remains. “#” at the page bottom is not functional whereas the one at the top is perfect.
I believe now the member’s name is displayed by userid for the website login. Will it be possible to provide an option to specify “Profile Name” / “Display Name” / “Avatar Name” so that it will be more easy to know among each other by actual name, which may be a useful feature especially for the new members.

Hamza, Nice addition of weather gadget at side panel. Is it possible to simultaneously show the weather of three cities, Dubai, Sharjah, Adbu Dhabi.

I have checked the code line by line, and seems nothing wrong with it anymore. Can you check it again regarding the pagination problem, and let me know 🙂
The custom field Real Name has been added to your profile. You can edit it just like you edit your mobile number or number of drives. It will show under your avatar using the colour of your group. It will also show in the main profile view and on the registration screen, it is a mandatory field just like it is mandatory to say “Agreed and Signed” for our disclaimer before registration.
I did not set it for login because I thought it would be confusing for some as to what to use for login. This keeps it simple 🙂 I hope this is what you meant and wanted.

So if you are logged in from Dubai, it will be Dubai weather, Abu Dhabi will be Abu Dhabi weather and so on.
It is possible to show different cities as well, but we will have to use another widget. Let’s see what can be done. 🙂

– youtube
– youtube_lnk // youtube with spoiler link and hd on default
– youtube_new // supporting new youtu.be syntaxYour video will be auto embedded. There will be a spoiler, that is, you will see a TV sign next to your link or any link which is to a video. Click on that and you can watch the video here on our website. The old way to embed the videos was a little tricky, and many people did not use it. Hopefully, this will make life easier when browsing 🙂
