Sorry to hear that you’re having issues. Seems strange that even after changing the radiator the problem is still there, which probably means the issue is elsewhere.
A few things to check:
1) Thermostat
2) Water and oil pumps
3) Flushing the cooling system, even though you have a new radiator, there may be blockages elsewhere. Then make sure there is no air in the system.
4) Change oil in transmission, unfortunately a lot of dealerships out here will not change the transmission oil (most will say lifetime) but considering the driving style whilst in the desert i would recommend changing every 30,000 km at least.

p.s if you do like the induction noise of the filter i would suggest looking at afe pro dry s filters, better than k&n, easier to maintain and clean with there specialized wash kit. (never use foam filter out here, not good with sand and the heat destroys them)
