I also have the automatic transmission and I always go in H4, 1st gear if climbing or side sloping.
I’ve had problems a few times going in H4, 2nd gear and the engine would almost stall before the transmission would kick it down to first gear..and then you have lost the momentum.
So for me it works better to keep it in 1st gear :drive:

I haven’t been joining you guys for a while since I have been busy with other duties.
But I’m really looking forward to join you guys in the sand again ๐ And to new and more challenging adventures ๐

If I go out riding on Friday morning, it will have to be early, around 7am and then ride for about 2-3 hours, after that, it gets too hot with all the gear. That gives me a couple of hours family time before heading out again in the afternoon around 2pm.
Sounds like a good plan ๐
