1 regarding gears, I would suggest you to experiment various option both lower and high gears and after few drives you will realize which gears are best for you. However I would avoid low gears unless you need extra torque or in stuck situations
2 I really dont think disconnecting sway bars is a good idea. Sway bars are essential part of your suspension and they are more needed in desert then anywhere else
3/ regarding speedo, you can go to BMW road Sharjah, there are plenty of car electric shops, most of them do treat speedo meters.

Great going Ahmed bhai, you are the man, I still remember the 2011 3 days LIWA trip with 5 cars. Unfortunately I could never get a chance to drive my self in LIWA : which is one of the biggest regret I still have. As they say in Urdu “kunwain keh pass reh ker bhi, main payasa hi reha”
But now I am enjoying snow safaris 🙂

I went again in March in my Car. I wnet to, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, as well, No body even bother to stopped.
Actually in both of my Trips I was not stopped even once, and never saw any other UAE number plate Car being stopped by Police any where.

Rest you should keep on doing what you deem fit, and people will opine as per their perception, you should pick up the good ideas and ignore the bad ones. this is the way to progress.

Hamza my humble opinion, changes are good, but tooo many changes are not a good idea.
You should review the site annually or atmost bi annually only, Just my opinion.
