A big thanks to the fewbies, who demonstrated endurance and excellent driving skills,
driving at inter level throughout several sections of our route and making this long drive a truly enjoyable experience!
thanks Pierre and Alex_G for ur support uve kept it all under control…
see u all next time.
cheers!
thats a fantastic lineup so far guys!
hope ur all ready for a long day in the sand… pls remember to get some snacks for lunch as we will not be having an extended break.
pls also bring chargers or extra batteries for ur radios just in case.
one more thing… the meeting point is almost an hour away from dubai, so plan accordingly and be there on time out of courtesy for the early birds.
its the same measurement… one is metric the other imperial…
one thing to keep in mind though is that most aftermarket rims will not be hubcentric, u could still rely on the cone shaped fasteners to centre the wheel on the hub… but its advisable to machine some aluminum shims to centre the new wheels on the hub, which in turn is safer and more reliable.
great drive today guys!
FEWBIE convoy was literally unstoppable… it was one of the most fun drives of this year indeed!
id like to thank you all for making this adventure a success with ur efforts, support and team spirit!
and a special thanks to heithos (haitham) for his continued support of most of my drives and particularly todays drive whereby he was really the true champion in the field!
last but not least a big round of applause for the 4 newbie members who endured throughout the drive proving how determined and capable they are….
shihabaziz, billet, ak81 and sameer_dg… very well done guys! keep it up.
see u all next time!
cheers
