    Thanks guys, that was a fun drive. Our guest, a German lady living in Kolkata, really enjoyed it! Can’t really do this thing anywhere else than in the UAE, I would think.

    It’s like quantum physics: theoretically straightforward, instinctively problematic! :-B

    In any case, as indicated above, if you find yourself going down a dune diagonally, you can only turn down, never up. If nothing else because, in most cases, I would expect it to be easier to get out of a bowl than recover from a roll-over.

    “this is totally upon the discretion of the evaluating Marshals” Understood & agreed.

    How do I get evaluated? Do I need to explicitly request an evaluation, or are they done “automatically” on/after each trip?

    (Btw, to avoid any potential misunderstanding, I do agree that something like a star rating system is needed in a club like this. Will result in more safe & fun driving for everyone.)
