yes, you can swtich off traction control by pressing on the button for bout 10sec..diff lock needs to b msnualky engaged whn u need it. though which wrangler trim do u have coz sport doesnt hav diff locks.

i hav a 2017 jk sport unlimited so happy to help, if u hav ne queries.
