Hey everyone,

i am a new member to this site and i just happened across it by chance,
because aside from my interest in the outdoors i also have a passion for photography which is
how i came across this site and this thread…
i was hoping i can get some information from those of you who went on this trip,
as i am planning to make it also. however unfortunately there is not much information
on the internet regarding routes and driving conditions etc…
basically my plan is to drive up (as far as i can) jebel Yibir,
so i guess my questions are these:
1. how far up the mountain can you access by vehicle?
2. what are the driving conditions on this journey (accessible for a beginner?)
3. is there suitable spot for camping up there
4. can anyone assist me with some accurate driving map for this location?

i hope i am not asking for too much here, but i would really love to make this adventure happen,
and to combine it with my love of photography and the night sky if you could help me out you would
really make me a happy camper…

i truly hope to hear some feed back soon and if you need my contact details let me know.
