    Thanks to all those who took part in Friday’s drive. My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting some fine people and enjoying for the first time in a month a day in the desert. We look forward to meeting more of you on future drives.

    I’ve been lurking here for quite some weeks, looking for a drive that I could join. For numerous reasons, all of them having to do with my schedule, I haven’t yet found one. I’d like to jump in here, though, and add my support for morning drives, on Friday or Saturday. My driving profile is very similar to Ghassan’s.

    Hi. New member here from RAK. I’ve been in the UAE 2 years and all of my offroad driving has so far been in the mountains in Oman and here in RAK. I’m eager to hook up with you guys but not this weekend. Maybe next.
