Waiver & Release of Liability; Indemnity Agreement

By participating in any courses, training sessions, or drives, you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   You assume full responsibility and all risks of bodily injury, death, or property damage, whether arising from negligence (ordinary or gross) of the Releasees or otherwise, including while on restricted areas for any purpose such as competing, instructing, observing, or training.
2. Waiver & Covenant Not to Sue
   You release, discharge, waive, and covenant not to sue the Releasees—including but not limited to: promoters, instructors, marshals, organizers, club officials, founders, sanctioning organizations, car owners, drivers, other participants, sponsors, and advertisers—for any claims, demands, losses, or damages, including death or property damage, even if caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees.
3. Indemnity
   You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including attorney fees) resulting from your participation, including any injuries to minors for whom you are responsible.
4. Minors
   If applicable, parents or guardians sign this Agreement on behalf of any minor participants, acknowledging they understand the waiver and the legal rights they are surrendering.
5. Instructions & Safety Compliance
   It is mandatory to follow all instructions, rules, and safety protocols issued by marshals, instructors, or Dubai Offroaders officials during Activities to ensure safety and trip quality.
