DRIVER’S REQUIREMENT:

Minimum of 2 Stars.

Bookings for this event will close at 11:59 PM the day before the drive.

IMPORTANT:

A WhatsApp group will be created for the registered participants. This is where we will share all important updates, meeting point confirmation, and fuel requirements.

To be included in the WhatsApp group, participants must either:

• Provide their WhatsApp number in their profile, OR
• Send a message to +971 56 799 1641 including their Dubai Offroaders username.

FUEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Extra Fuel: 25L required.
• Vehicles with 100+ litre tanks (FJ, trucks, etc.) do not need extra fuel.
• Detailed instructions will also be shared in the WhatsApp group.

TIMINGS:

Meeting Time: 8:00 AM (0800 HRS)
Start Time: 8:15 AM (0815 HRS)
End Time: 12:30 PM (approx.)

KEEP IN MIND TO:

• Bring lots of water
• Bring your charged walkie
• Top up fuel beforehand
• Be on time
• Bring your breakfast, lunch, and snacks

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE SIGNING UP:

1. The driver must hold a valid UAE driving licence, and both driver and passengers must be covered by an appropriate insurance policy.
2. The driver and all passengers must have read and accepted the Dubai Offroaders Disclaimer, acknowledging that participation is at their own risk.
3. This drive is not recommended for children under 3 years old.
4. Any child on the drive must be secured in an age-appropriate car seat or booster seat.
5. Seat belts must be worn at all times by all occupants.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1. A fully functional four-by-four vehicle with a full tank of fuel
2. A working air compressor
3. A recovery rope/strap
4. Refreshments for you and your passengers

ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVES:

1. Compatible Communication Radio pre-programmed to DO frequencies
2. Offroad flag securely mounted to the vehicle

The radio and offroad flag are mandatory for everyone’s safety.

ETIQUETTE:

1. If you register and cannot attend, please withdraw your booking to allow others to join.
2. Be punctual.
3. Only registered participants on the forum may join the drive.
4. Passengers in registered vehicles are welcome but are not counted as participants.
